O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa

The O-1 is a temporary work visa for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in their field. It is designed for professionals whose achievements place them at the top of their industry - whether in science, education, business, athletics, arts, or the television and film industries. Unlike other visas, the O-1 has no annual cap and allows for significant flexibility, making it a powerful option for talented individuals seeking to work in the United States. If your contributions have earned recognition, influence, or impact, the O-1 may be the right path for you!
