Employment-Based Green Cards

We help professionals and employers navigate the employment-based green card process with clarity and confidence. From start to approval, we make it simple and stress-free.

How it works

Employment-based green cards generally follow a three-step process: first, your employer obtains a labor certification (PERM) from the Department of Labor; second, filing an immigrant petition (Form I-140) with USCIS; and finally, applying for permanent residence through adjustment of status or consular processing.
We have experience assisting clients across every employment category including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, ensuring all filings are complete, timely, and aligned with your long-term immigration goals.
